James Street Vaults

Plymouth
Directions from Plymouth Station: Exit left and follow the road round, cross the road by the garage to continue up the set of steps. Continue straight ahead, then go left to cross the main road (North Road East) at the zebra crossing. James Street is virtually opposite the crossing and the pub is about 50 yards on the left. Limited Disabled access.
The Cider Press Plymouth
Directions from Plymouth station: 15-20 minute walk. Exit right and then left at the Main road. Follow signs for the City Centre and the Barbican
The Penny Come Quick Plymouth
Directions from Plymouth Station: 5 minute walk. Turn right, and right again at the Main road. Continue under the Rail Bridge and down to the roundabout. The Penny Come Quick is on the corner.
Porters Plymouth
Directions from Station: 15-20 minute walk. Exit right and then left at the end of the road and follow signs for the City Centre and the Barbican.
The Fortescue Plymouth Directions from Station: 15 minute walk. On exiting the station turn left and go left again, just past the garage, into Glen Park Avenue. Follow this road to the end, go left and follow the road around keeping the railway line to your left. Go straight across at the next junction into Gordon Terrace. Follow this road past the car park to the main road. To your left you will find a pelican crossing, cross here and The Fortescue Hotel is facing you.
The Lounge Devonport
Directions from Devonport Station: Facing the Rail Bridge exit right up footpath. Turn right, and right again into Portland Place across the road, and follow it into Acre Place (pedestrian access only). Turn left into Napier Street and The Lounge is at the end of the street on the right.
The Ferry House Inn St Budeaux - Victoria Rd Directions from St Budeaux, Victoria Rd Station: 15 – 20 mins. Exit the station up path to the bridge.Turn left at the bridge and left again at the main road.Follow this road around and then go left into Pemros Road. Keep going until you reach a mini roundabout and turn left into Normandy Hill, at the base of the railway bridge follow the road around to the left, The Ferry House Inn is about 200yds on the left.
The Royal Albert Bridge Inn St Budeaux - Victoria Rd Directions from St Budeaux, Victoria Rd Station: 15 – 20 minute walk. Exit the station up the path to the bridge. Turn left and left again at the main road. Follow this road around and turn left into Pemros Road. Follow this road to the mini roundabout and turn left into Normandy Hill. Follow this road to the base of the railway bridge where the road turns sharp left, the Royal Albert Bridge Inn is about 20 yards on the left.
The Olde Plough Inn Bere Ferrers
Directions: Bear left from the station, then right at the end of the approach road and follow the road right, right down into the village. Continue down this main street where you will find The Olde Plough Inn on the right hand side.
The Edgcumbe Hotel Bere Alston
Directions: 1/2 mile walk up hill to village - may not be suitable for disabled persons. Exit right from the station car park to meet the main road. Bear left towards the village and continue on this road into the village centre where you will find the Edgcumbe Hotel on the corner of the street.
The Tamar Inn Calstock
Directions: Steep ascent to station from village - may not be suitable for some disabled persons. 5 minute walk. On leaving the train bear right and follow the path down to meet the main road and go left. Continue down to the quay bearing right where the road divides. The Tamar Inn is on the left.
The Boot Inn Calstock
Directions: Steep ascent to station from village. 5 minutes walk. On leaving the train bear right and follow the path down to meet the main road and go left. Continue down the road to where the road splits and bear left where you will find The Boot Inn.
The Cornish Inn Gunnislake
Directions from Station - Exit the station and turn right. Continue down the hill into the village and turn left before the traffic lights to The Cornish Inn. A steep 10 minutes walk and steep entrance into pub - may not be suitable for some disabled persons.
The Tavistock Arms Hotel Gunnislake
Directions: A steep 10 minutes walk to village centre - may not be suitable for some disabled persons. Exit the station and turn right. Continue down the hill into the village, and The Tavistock Arms is on the right hand side after the traffic lights.
The Buccaneer Inn Gunnislake
Directions: Exit the station and turn right. Continue down the hill into the village, and The Buccaneer is on the left-hand side after the traffic lights.A steep 10 minutes walk to village centre - may not be suitable for some disabled persons. Disabled access in pub
The Rising Sun Gunnislake
Directions: 15-20 minutes walk - the descent from the village to the station is very steep, access into the pub is a narrow cobbled path and may not be suitable for some disabled persons. Exit Gunnislake station and turn right, walk down the hill and turn right at the traffic lights. Continue for 1/3 mile, pub is on the right.
The Queen's Head Gunnislake
Directions: Turn left outside the station, first left - a fairly level walk of about 1/2 mile.
The Rifle Volunteer Gunnislake
Directions: 15 minutes walk. Exit the station car park and turn left and continue for approximately 3/4 of a mile.
