Cosy character local, with a traditional public bar at the front, and a larger bar / seating area and pool table at the rear. 5 Real Ales including, at the time of writing, three Hop Back brews - Summer Lightning, Crop Circle and GFB - Deuchars IPA and one regularly changing guest. A very jolly atmosphere prevails, and there are usually some light bar snacks available. This is an unusual combination of a character pub and hotel - accommodation in 5 en-suite rooms is available.
