This unique pub is the tap for the Goldfinch brewery at the back. Stepping into the public bar is like going back in time, with its bare floorboards, simple wood furniture and old photos on the walls. The three, very good value ales will usually include Tom Brown's Best and Midnight Blinder, plus a seasonal like Flashman's. A cheery group of local loyal regulars and a vintage juke box supply the entertainment. You could even take home your favourite Goldfinch brew in a 2 pint box!
